We are seeking an experienced Senior Learning Facilitator to deliver high-impact learning experiences that support professional and leadership development across the organization. This role is responsible for facilitating interactive workshops, team sessions, and leadership programs for employees at all levels, including senior leaders. The ideal candidate understands that effective learning is not only about presenting content, but about engaging participants and driving meaningful discussion and insight. Responsibilities Deliver interactive workshops, team-building sessions, and leadership development programs in-person and virtually Facilitate sessions for employees and leaders across all levels, including executive audiences Create a psychologically safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that encourages participation and open dialogue Establish and reinforce group norms, ensuring respectful and productive engagement among participants Guide group discussions, challenge thinking, and help participants uncover insights through facilitation techniques Leverage knowledge of group dynamics to manage complex or challenging group situations Help participants connect learning concepts to real-world experiences and organizational goals Adapt facilitation style in real time to meet the needs of diverse audiences Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred Minimum 10 years of experience facilitating group learning, including complex or dynamic environments Minimum 5 years of leadership experience Proven experience facilitating workshops, team development sessions, and leadership programs Strong expertise in group dynamics and adult learning principles Experience engaging participants in both in-person and virtual environments Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly Ability to work effectively with diverse audiences, including senior leaders and executives Background in Organization Development, leadership development, or related field Experience using and debriefing assessments in group settings Strong understanding of OD theories, models, and best practices Competencies Expert facilitator: Engages participants through discussion, interaction, and real-time adaptation—not lecture-based delivery Engaging presence: Energizes the room and encourages active participation Psychological safety: Builds trust quickly and creates an inclusive learning environment Group dynamics expertise: Navigates challenging group behaviors and fosters productive dialogue Insight generation: Helps participants uncover meaningful insights and connect learning to practice
