Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Director to lead our organization in delivering high-quality services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and program management, demonstrating the ability to develop, implement, and oversee programs that enhance the quality of life for our clients. This role requires exceptional relationship management skills, as well as a commitment to fostering a supportive and empowering environment for both staff and clients. Duties Oversee the development and implementation of programs aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development and performance. Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Foster relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to promote collaboration and support for program initiatives. Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Lead training sessions for staff on best practices in behavioral health and program delivery. Ensure that all documentation related to client services is accurate and up-to-date. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in program management and development within the behavioral health sector. Strong administrative skills with experience in budgeting and resource management. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities. Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. Experience supervising staff in a professional setting. Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in the field of behavioral health. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 35.0 per week
