Flexible scheduling for many roles Position Summary Oversee crisis response and high-acuity service of operations, including clinical decision making, risk mitigation, safety practices, and continuity of care. Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans for everyone on caseload; coordinates and consults with others to develop treatment plans. Complete diagnostic assessments and provide individudal therapy in correctional settings and office-based setting. Provide clinical supervision to reentry staff (Case Manager). Coordinate referrals and care plannig while supporting communication among courts and community partners. Develop and maintain pre-release plans in collaboration with clients, jail staff, courts, probation, treatment providers and other partners. What We Value in our next Program Coordinator

•Reentry Support Services Master's Degree in social work, counseling or other related field. Independent Ohio license in either social work or counseling. Experience working with individuals involved in the legal system and working on a multi-disciplinary team. Knowledge of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
