Job Description

Leads program planning, master scheduling, contract proposal support, process development, and earned value management for aerospace and defense programs. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree required. Experience in aerospace, Department of Defense, missile systems, or a related defense environment. Experience performing master scheduling activities. Experience with FAR and DFAR requirements. Experience supporting contract proposals. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM). Experience developing and implementing program planning and control processes. Preferred Skills Master of Business Administration (MBA). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience supporting complex aerospace or defense programs. Experience with integrated program schedules and program performance reporting. Experience with government contract planning and compliance requirements. Job Responsibilities Develop and implement program planning, scheduling, and controls processes. Create, maintain, and manage master program schedules. Monitor program milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and schedule performance. Support preparation and development of contract proposals. Apply FAR and DFAR requirements to applicable program and contract activities. Perform Earned Value Management analysis and reporting. Track schedule, cost, and program performance against established baselines. Identify schedule impacts, program variances, and planning risks. Develop program reporting and performance metrics. Support program reviews, planning activities, and contract execution. Maintain program schedules, planning documentation, and performance records.
Pay:
