Resident Services Coordinator Full Time |
Day Shift Pay:
$41,600-$45,760 annually based on experience Supporting multiple Genacross communities: Luther Ridge, Luther Hills, Luther Grove, Covenant Harbor I, Covenant Harbor II, and Oak Harbor. At Genacross Lutheran Services , we have been serving individuals, families, and communities with compassion for more than 160 years. As a Resident Services Coordinator , you'll help residents access the resources, services, and support they need to maintain their independence and quality of life. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting people with community resources, and making a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives.
What You'll Do:
Build relationships with residents and serve as a trusted resource for questions, services, and community support Assess resident needs and connect individuals with appropriate programs, benefits, and supportive services Help residents navigate community resources and available assistance programs Maintain accurate resident records, assessments, progress notes, and required documentation Conduct annual apartment visits and update resident information as needed Monitor resident needs and concerns and communicate significant issues to leadership Complete required monthly reports and support ongoing program compliance Report suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation in accordance with applicable requirements Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, faith communities, and service providers Assist with
PASSPORT
Certification documentation and reporting Serve as a Transition Coordinator for assigned Home Choice Program referrals Participate in required training and professional development Help ensure residents receive responsive, compassionate, and person-centered support
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree Degree in social work or a related field preferred LSW or LISW preferred Valid driver's license Why Join Genacross?
