Program Coordinator

Responsibilities Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed for individuals with developmental disabilities. Coordinate schedules, activities, and resources to ensure smooth daily operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, staff, and community partners to support collaborative service delivery. Supervise staff members and volunteers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster a motivated team environment. Manage program budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources to meet organizational goals. Develop and implement program policies and procedures aligned with best practices in behavioral health and social work. Maintain detailed documentation of participant progress, incident reports, and compliance records in accordance with organizational standards. Skills Proven management experience with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong background in program development tailored to individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs. Excellent relationship management skills to engage participants, families, community agencies, and stakeholders confidently. Demonstrated administrative experience including budgeting, record keeping, and report writing. Supervising experience that fosters teamwork, accountability, and professional growth among staff members. Knowledge of social work principles and practices related to supporting individuals with developmental challenges. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in program management activities.
