This position ensures services are person-centered, safe, meaningful and aligned with each individual's ISP, desired outcomes, and applicable service and support plans. The coordinator provides day-to-day leadership and oversight of assigned staff and services, including promoting independence, dignity, inclusion and self-determination. The position works closely with the Chief Program Officer to support effective program operations, staff accountability, quality service delivery and regulatory compliance while upholding Pearl Buck Center's core values of compassion, equity, integrity, and stewardship .
