Housing Enhancement

The Housing Enhancement Member supports Sabin CDC's affordable housing portfolio by improving property operations, enhancing communication systems, and work on the prep work for the new building, Nicole Sandoval, which is set to finish in January 2028. This role blends systems development, community engagement, and program development to ensure safe, well-maintained, and connected housing environments. Member Duties :

Support waitlist management and outreach with Community Managers to ensure equitable housing access. Assist with communications, including flyers, updates, and event promotion. Organize and improve property documentation and operational systems. Collaborate with Resident Services on programming, engagement, and event coordination. Help develop and maintain property asset inventories and tracking tools. Research maintenance training resources and document "how-to" procedures with staff. Support social media, storytelling, and highlighting program impact. Conduct grant research and identify opportunities to expand capacity.
