Program Coordinator Position Description:
The Program Coordinator oversees all aspects of NAMI Lane County programs including volunteers. Non-exempt position.Hours/schedule:
20 hours per week. Required weekly set schedule between Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Some hours can be done remotely.Benefits:
Sick and vacation time accrual. IRS standard rate mileage reimbursement for work related travel. Simple IRA with employer match of up to 3% after 1 year and successful review.Salary:
$22 per hour Reports to:Executive Director Essential Responsibilities:
Oversee all programs; including support groups, education classes and presentations. Ensure implementation of policies and procedures for volunteers and participants. Collect all program and volunteer data. Organize data to report for funders. Support growth and development of program infrastructure. Serve as liaison between program facilitators and participants. Recruit, train, and retain volunteers to serve as program leaders. Outreach to the community through targeted volunteer recruitment. Track and report on volunteer and program metrics. Attend all Education committee meetings and meet regularly with theExecutive Director Required Skills:
Google suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Excel and reporting data experience. Experience with volunteers and leading non-profit programs. Oregon driver's license and access to a vehicle to drive for work-related purposes. Eligibility to work in the United States and pass a criminal background check.Desired Skills:
