Job Description

We are currently seeking a very driven person to join our team as a full time program specialist. This position plays a key role in supporting the quality and effectiveness of our residential programs through recordkeeping, progress monitoring, program implementation, quality assurance, and a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and eager to learn. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with staff to ensure quality services are provided. Qualifications Applicants must meet one of the following minimum qualifications: Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university and at least one (1) year of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and at least two (2) years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism; or Associate's degree or a minimum of 60 college credit hours from an accredited college or university and at least four (4) years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn electronic documentation systems. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Successful completion of all required background clearances.
