PROGRAM DIRECTOR / PROGRAM SPECIALIST - ADULT DAY PROGRAM CRB
Services | Ferndale, PA Full-Time | Leadership Position CRB Services is seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Program Director / Program Specialist to lead our Adult Day Program in Ferndale, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role in the development and growth of a newer program serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. During the program's initial growth phase, this position will fulfill the responsibilities of both Program Director and Program Specialist. As enrollment and staffing increase, CRB Services intends to continue building the program's leadership and support structure. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being hands-on, highly involved, and present within the program while also managing the administrative, regulatory, and Program Specialist responsibilities necessary to operate a high-quality Chapter 2380 program.
REQUIRED PROGRAM SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS
Because this position will also serve as the Program Specialist, applicants must meet the qualification requirements of 55 Pa. Code § 2380.33 by meeting at least ONE of the following: Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university AND at least 1 year of direct experience working with persons with disabilities; OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university AND at least 2 years of direct experience working with persons with disabilities; OR Associate's degree or at least 60 college credit hours from an accredited college or university AND at least 4 years of direct experience working with persons with disabilities. Documentation verifying education and qualifying experience will be required.
PROGRAM DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Program Director will be responsible for the overall operation, leadership, and continued development of the Ferndale Day Program, including: Providing daily leadership and oversight of the program Supervising, coaching, supporting, and holding staff accountable Ensuring adequate staffing and participant coverage Developing meaningful and engaging programming Maintaining regulatory and ODP compliance Overseeing health, safety, and individual rights Monitoring documentation and quality of services Preparing for licensing inspections and monitoring Communicating with individuals, families, guardians, Supports Coordinators, and other team members Working closely with CRB's management, compliance, HR, and training departments Identifying concerns and implementing corrective actions when necessary Supporting continued program growth and development This is a working Director position. Especially during the program's growth phase, the Director should expect to be actively involved with individuals and staff rather than managing solely from an office.
PROGRAM SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES
While serving as Program Specialist, this position will also be responsible for duties required under Chapter 2380, including: Coordinating and completing required individual assessments Participating in ISP development, reviews, and team meetings Ensuring services and activities are consistent with each individual's ISP, assessed needs, preferences, and outcomes Reviewing individual progress and documentation Providing staff with the information and direction necessary to properly implement ISPs Monitoring implementation of individual plans and services Maintaining communication with individuals, families, guardians, Supports Coordinators, and other team members Ensuring required individual documentation is completed and maintained Supporting individual rights, choice, independence, dignity, and community participation Identifying changes in an individual's needs and ensuring appropriate communication and follow-up Assisting with the development and oversight of meaningful, person-centered programming

Experience with Pennsylvania ODP, Chapter 2380, Community Participation Support (CPS), intellectual/developmental disabilities, ISP development, licensing, incident management, staff supervision, or human-services program management is strongly preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be able to successfully complete all applicable ODP and CRB employment requirements, including required background checks, clearances, training, and other applicable requirements. Strong leadership, organization, communication, documentation, problem-solving, and team-building skills are essential.
