No phone calls, please. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES
The Robotics Program Coordinator/Specialist provides operational, administrative, and instructional support to the Robotics Program Director to ensure the effective delivery and continuous improvement of Robotics degree and certificate programs. This role assists with program coordination, student support, teaching, curriculum implementation, industry engagement, and daily program operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Support industry partnerships by assisting with communication and coordination with advisory board members, internship supervisors, and employer partners. Assist in curriculum implementation and maintenance, including organizing course materials and supporting assessment processes aligned with program learning objectives. Help identify and organize course resources, including textbooks, instructional materials, and lab supplies. Provide instructional support, including assigned teaching within area of expertise or assisting with laboratory, technical, or classroom needs, in accordance with College policies. Support equipment and resource management, including tracking inventory, maintaining lab spaces, and assisting with the acquisition of materials and donations. Assist with marketing and recruitment efforts, including outreach activities, event coordination, and communication with prospective students. Represent the program at events and meetings as assigned, supporting outreach and visibility efforts. Assist in coordinating corporate training activities and other workforce development initiatives in collaboration with the Program Director. Provide student support services, including assisting with advising coordination, tracking student progress, and connecting students with resources that support retention and completion. Collect and organize program data (e.g., student outcomes, enrollment, retention) and assist in reporting and continuous improvement efforts. Support accreditation and endorsement processes, including documentation, recordkeeping, and coordination of requirements (e.g., ARM endorsement). Participate in Division and College meetings as required and contribute to program-related initiatives. Collaborate with faculty and staff across departments to support coordinated delivery of related academic initiatives. Engage in professional development opportunities to remain current with institutional practices and program needs. Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Robotics program. Willingness to travel periodically, as needed. EDUCATION
Minimum of an associate degree in a related field of expertise (at least 18 college credits completed in Robotics or a related field) - college transcript or degree completion verification required. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. EXPERIENCE
