Shift:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM Includes 30-minute unpaid lunch Choose the Pay Structure That Works for You Tier 1
- W-2 with benefits: $33 per hour Tier 2
- W-2 without benefits: $36 per hour 1099 independent contractor: $38 per hour Join Our QPCS Team! Quality Patient Centered Services (QPCS) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate MAT Program Specialist
- Advanced to support individuals within the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections system.
- Advanced provides direct support, counseling, care coordination, and treatment planning services to individuals participating in Medication-Assisted Treatment programs.

policies, and confidentiality standardsQualifications Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field Experience in case management, counseling, behavioral health, or substance use treatment Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documentation systems Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teamsPreferred Skills:
Knowledge of social work principles, counseling techniques, and casework practices Understanding of substance use disorders, MAT programs, and reentry services Familiarity with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations Experience working within correctional or community behavioral health settings Why Join QPCS?
