Before Summer Program:
Communication with families regarding program Planning for operational needs of program Space requests Food requests Plan and book Friday Trips and Showcase Liaison between Administration to confirm programming Become the primary point person for partner programs Participate and eventually lead weekly planning meetings Set-up attendance, schedule, and rosters for camp programDuring Summer Program:
MUST be available to be on-site from July 6th-July 31st. Communication with families Communication with staff of daily operations Responsible for daily operations of camp Plan/Implement coverage Liaison with the administrative assistant Monitor student progress, attendance, behavior, and overall program effectiveness Ensure alignment with theGirard College Arc of Learning After Summer Program:
Submit end of summer report including but not limited to: Academic results Attendance results Satisfaction surveys from families Satisfaction feedback from scholars Analyze impact of summer program including, but not limited to Comparison of Fall MAP and F & P data All additional duties as assigned and/or arise. Bachelor's degree preferred in Education, Administration, or related field Experience managing school, camp, or youth programs Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to coordinate daily operations, schedules, trips, and staff coverage Experience communicating with families, staff, and community partners Ability to monitor student attendance, behavior, and program effectiveness Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to analyze program data and prepare reports Must be available on-site July 6th-31st Required clearances/background checks upon hireSimilar remote jobs
