Program ManagerA client of ours is looking for a Program Manager for a contract role to lead and coordinate strategic business initiatives, product launches, and customer-focused programs within a manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with commercial, operations, supply chain, customer service, and executive leadership teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. The Program Manager will serve as a key liaison across departments, driving execution, visibility, and continuous improvement while balancing customer expectations and business priorities.

Responsibilities of Program Manager Lead multiple projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully execute new product launches, process improvements, and customer-driven initiatives.

Develop program plans, timelines, milestones, and performance metrics to monitor progress and measure success.

Partner with sales leadership and stakeholders to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.

Manage project activities from initiation through completion while ensuring adherence to schedules and objectives.

Provide regular updates on program status, potential risks, resource needs, and mitigation strategies.

Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication plans.

Collaborate with operations, customer service, and commercial teams to resolve customer concerns and support ongoing business needs.

Facilitate planning and forecasting discussions with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and supply chain teams.

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to increase efficiency and program performance.
