Helping OthersQualificationsRequired:
High School Diploma or equivalent One year of experience in human services or a related field Knowledge of and ability to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to successfully complete required training programs and certifications
Preferred:
Experience in residential services, program coordination, or supervisory responsibilities Knowledge of medication administration practices, person-centered supports, and applicable regulationsSchedule Full-Time Flexible scheduling based on program needs Weekend, holiday, and emergency coverage may be required Participation in an on-call rotation requiredPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist individuals as needed Ability to transport individuals and operate agency vehicles when required Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodationApply TodaySome jobs pay the bills.
