ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Coordinates program activities to meet YMCA objectives. Expands programs within the community in accordance with strategic and operating plans. Assists with the implementation, development, and monitoring of all programs. Assists with management of program budget. Assists with the implementation of program marketing materials. Assists in recruiting volunteers. Assists in staff and participant development. Assists in facility(s) and offices clean, neat and organized. Promotes character development in all programs. Carries out special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 21 years of age. Associate's degree in related field or equivalent preferred. Minimum of one year of experience working in related program or field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and problem‐solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google, Social Media and CRM systems for lead generation as well as the ability to become proficient in point of sales systems. Possess ability to follow through on requests, meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and provide the highest level of customer service. Ability to work independently. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. Ability to work nights and weekends as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use a computer for extended periods of time and be able to communicate using a computer and phone/smart device. The employee frequently is required to sit and reach and must be able to move around the work environment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Current driver's license and access to reliable vehicle for transportation. The work is performed both indoors and out, and may require travel to various locations. While performing the duties of this job the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
