In-Person $49863.50 - $49863.50 per Year 1 Years Experience Bachelor's degree No Commission 37.50 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description The County of Washington Behavioral Health & Developmental Services Department is seeking applicants for the position of Mental Health Program Specialist 2 (Complex Care Manager). The starting salary for the position is $49,863.50 with a generous benefits package, including family health insurance, retirement contribution, and wellness benefits/activities for both employees and their families. The position is responsible for assisting in the development of policies and procedures related to complex cases, ensuring the state process for complex cases is followed and attending and co-facilitating inter-agency team meetings regarding difficult and/or complex cases. The position is also responsible for assisting in oversight/coordination of Special Projects and implementation of their service delivery, as well as, tracking data, analyzing data and writing reports based on outcomes from the delivery of services and wellness of those with complex mental health needs. The position requires responsibility and high-level problem-solving skills when working with others, including, but not limited to, individuals, families, community providers, courts, correctional facility, hospitals, the Department of Human Services (DHS), the Educational System, Children & Youth Services (CYS) and the Drug and Alcohol Commission. One (1) year as a County Mental Health Program Specialist 1 OR Three (3) years of professional level experience in the field of mental health and a bachelor's degree is required OR any equivalent combination of experience and training.
