The position plays a key role in coordinating daily operations, supporting client services, organizing outreach activities, maintaining organizational systems, and assisting with special projects. The Program Cordinator works under the direction of the CEO and Administrative Director and is expected to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities while delivering excellent service to clients, partners, volunteers, and staff. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Coordinate attorney, staff, and client schedules, including legal consultations, workshops, meetings, and community events.
- Manage Calendly/Clio and scheduling systems to maximize efficiency and client service.
- Provide technical assistance to prospective and existing clients regarding NBCLC services, intake procedures, scheduling, and referrals.
- Respond to routine client inquiries and coordinate appropriate follow-up.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, training, webinars, meetings, and special events.
- Create, revise, translate, and distribute marketing, educational, and informational materials.
- Assist with outreach and community engagement activities and meetings as directed by the CEO and Administrative Director.
- Maintain and update the NBCLC website, Doc Handler Library, Clio, Calendly, and other organizational systems.
- Assist with onboarding employees, law students, interns, volunteers, and contractors.
- Maintain organized electronic records and client's documentation.
- Assist the CEO and Administrative Director with special projects, research, and organizational initiatives as assigned.
- Prepare meeting agendas, supporting materials, and track assigned action items.
- Perform additional administrative (including expenditures and reimbursements), fundraising and operational duties as assigned by the CEO and Administrative Director.
- Occasionally communicate with pro bono attorneys to coordinate case-related information, obtain guidance, or support client matters.
- Troubleshoot case‑management software (e.g., Clio) by assisting users with navigation, resolving minor technical issues, and escalating system problems when necessary. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, scheduling platforms, and case management software. Minimum Qualifications
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two or more years of progressively responsible administrative or program coordination experience.
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, or community programs.
- Strong computer and technology skills. Working Relationships
- Works collaboratively with attorneys, staff, interns, volunteers, community partners, and funding partners.
- Receives general directions from the CEO and Administrative Director.
- Does not supervise staff unless specifically designated. Performance Expectations

Compensation:
$30.00 per hour.
- NBCLC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, two weeks of paid vacation, and paid sick leave in accordance with California law.
- Paid holidays include NBCLC-observed federal holidays and an annual winter closure of approximately 10 business days around Christmas and New Year's, for an estimated total of approximately four weeks of paid holiday/office-closure time per year.
Work Environment & Travel This position is primarily remote with occasional in-person meetings, workshops, community events, and trainings. Local travel within the Central Valley and occasional travel outside the region may be required. A valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required when using a personal vehicle for business purposes. Mileage and approved travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with NBCLC policies. Physical Requirements Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds . Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and use a computer for extended periods. Ability to travel to meetings, workshops, and community events as needed. At-Will Employment
