Job Description

Warrensburg Student Enrichment Foundation (WSEF) is seeking an experienced, organized, and dependable leader to serve as Afterschool Enrichment Program Coordinator. This is a management-level role responsible for the leadership, direction, and administration of WSEF's afterschool enrichment program for students in Grades 1 through 5. The Coordinator establishes program standards and expectations, directs the overall operation and quality of the program, and serves as the primary liaison among WSEF, school district administration, and program staff. The Coordinator provides direction for the program; staffing, discipline, and employment matters for program staff remain the responsibility of the school district under its applicable employment agreements. On-site presence is required during program hours (Monday-Friday, 3:00-5:00 PM). The Coordinator must also attend monthly board meetings, as needed. Planning and administrative work may be performed remotely.
Engagement, Schedule & Compensation Engagement Type:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. The contractor is responsible for their own federal, state, and self-employment taxes; no taxes will be withheld by the Foundation, and the position does not include employee benefits.
Compensation:
Flat seasonal rate of $20,000, paid in four equal quarterly installments of $5,000 across the program term. This is a flat-fee engagement and is not paid on an hourly basis.
Onsite Expectation:
The program operates Monday through Friday, 3:00-5:00 PM. The Coordinator is expected to be onsite providing program direction and leadership for all five program days each week. Remaining administrative, planning, and leadership work may be performed on a flexible schedule at the Coordinator's discretion.
Term:
