3 days in office (Mon-Wed) & 2 days at home (Thurs-Fri) - This could vary based on dept need Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or related degree required. Internship or similar experience required Fluency in Spanish and/or Japanese highly desired. The Associate Program Manager assists Program Managers, Lead PMs and Sr. PMs plan and coordinate activities of designated programs to ensure that goals and objectives of the programs are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. The role requires an organized mind set, passion for detail and aspirations to develop program management and leadership skills Job Description Assists with planning out the task required to successfully launch a program. Assists in the creation and simulation of program P/L scenarios. Assists in Business Plan and Mid-Term Plan budget development process for portfolio of programs at the direction of supervisor. Builds positive relationships to drive a high level of integration and cross functional collaboration among Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance and Purchasing. Assists in creating and maintaining detailed and actionable OIL (Open Issues List) and Master Program Timelines. Assists in the progress of Open Issues, roadblock resolution and escalation. Assists in customer communications as directed by supervisor or Lead PM. Assists in the creation of various program health and program status metrics (i.e. Gate Review Process). Participates in new business pursuits by helping create business cases, pursuit strategy and risk analysis. Works with cross-functional team members under the guidance of Program Manager. Will initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. Responsible for ISM management as part of the management of staff members, their work and workplace. Responsible for the management of information security as part of the normal management of the business. Must cooperate with the Company ISM Professionals in implementing the information security policies within the Company, and ensures that information is handled in compliance with the Global ISM Related Regulations.
