• As a key partner to our Client Services team and retail vendors, you'll own the success of a major merchandising program—driving performance, efficiency, and results. From shaping SOWs and building KPI frameworks to optimizing coverage models and coordinating training, schedules, and execution—you'll keep everything running seamlessly.
• You'll also:
• + Build strong client and partner relationships + Analyze performance and deliver actionable insights + Identify opportunities to improve processes and ROI + Serve as the go-to expert ensuring flawless program execution

Drive Program Success:

Support KPI achievement by managing timelines, aligning on goals, and ensuring deadlines are met +

Plan & Optimize:

Partner with Client Services to build program scope, define success metrics, and design efficient coverage models +

Collaborate & Execute:

Work cross-functionally to deliver seamless program execution, communication, and results +

Analyze & Elevate:

Track performance, share insights, and recommend improvements to maximize impact and ROI +

Own Program Details:

Oversee system updates, quality assurance, and assist with fulfillment needs as required
