12 Months Client Retail is seeking an outstanding Project Coordinator for REMM's Merchandising, Marketing and Engagement team. This team sits at the center of Retail, supporting key pan-Retail programs, and is responsible for connecting strategies and plans across teams to drive key initiatives forward. Description The Customer Engagement Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing cross functional programs related to Apple Retail's future store strategy and readiness globally.
This role delivers best-in-class program management across the Retail organization creating detailed operational plans that enable broad cross-functional teams to deliver excellence across all retail stores for all key moments. They will own the overall management, coordination, and delivery of key initiatives, serving as a liaison with cross functional teams and Leadership across Retail and the broader Apple organization. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Own program delivery end-to-end
- establish and manage the Plan of Record, drive initiatives from due diligence through completion and lessons learned, and ensure systems are in place for flawless execution across all key moments in Apple Stores
Lead cross-functional program teams, owning timeline, budget, deliverables, dependencies, risk mitigation, status reporting, Leadership communications, pan - Apple alignment, and approvals
Structure ambiguity into action - creatively problem-solve, weigh implications, track critical milestones, propose changes, build contingency plans, and know when to escalate
Build and sustain relationships with corporate partners, field teams, and vendors globally to ensure aligned readiness plans and deliver the best possible experience for Apple Retail customers
Drive continuous improvement by partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and implement enhancements to program management processes and practices
Operate with high agency•proactively drive problem-solving and influence workstreams end-to-end, independent of direct oversight
Create and deliver compelling presentations to communicate plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and Leadership
Manage multiple programs concurrently with strong organization, time management, and attention to detail Minimum Qualifications 5 years of Project/Program Management experience, or equivalent in PMO, Readiness, Strategy, or Operations
Demonstrated success managing multiple projects, priorities, and people concurrently in a fast-paced, high-growth, results-driven environment
Excellent problem-solving and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively run meetings and align partners across multiple functions
Proven experience building and managing relationships cross-functionally across large, global organizations, including the ability to interact effectively and diplomatically with senior leadership
Self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a can-do, motivational presence Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of retail operational or retail program management experience, with prior experience in strategy, customer journey, and/or a broader Retail function
Proven track record leading sophisticated, high-stakes programs•including longterm roadmap creation, go-to-market initiatives, and retail-focused commercial and seasonal campaigns•under pressure and tight timelines
Skilled at analyzing complex datasets and insights, turning numbers into narratives that drive action
