About the Role As our Customer Happiness Manager, you'll be the heartbeat and public face of client satisfaction .

You'll:

Build relationships with clients to reduce churn and create long-term loyalty Solve problems proactively, turning complaints into wow experiences Track client engagement and cleaner performance reports Drive positive reviews, referrals, and repeat business Lead weekly cleaner meetings, celebrate wins, and inspire the team Organize 3-12 client appreciation events per year, including budget planning Represent the company professionally and positively in every interaction Be a visible face of Wilkins Refresh Cleaning across social media, client meetings, and team events , showcasing our culture, professionalism, and energy Time investment: 5-7 hours per week
