00 per hour Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing. Our client, a major U.S. trade association is seeking an Education Program Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent in Arlington, Virginia.

About The Job:

Support education programs, webinars, conferences, and events through administrative, technical, and project coordination Manage webinar logistics, attendee communications, speaker support, and live event troubleshooting Maintain LMS content, run reports, and conduct quality assurance reviews Coordinate educational materials, presentations, recordings, and virtual learning content Serve as a point of contact for customer, speaker, and vendor inquiries Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, reporting, and file management

About You:

1+ years of experience in administration, education, events, or program support Strong experience with Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, and customer service Familiarity with LMS platforms, webinar tools, and event management systems preferred Excellent communication, proofreading, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems independently, and maintain strong attention to detail

Permanent Salary:
