Facilitator:

Assist a Life Skills Instructor (LSI) in planning, organizing, developing, and facilitating group activities for the 15 week Fall and Spring class sessions. Develop positive relationships with students in the program while maintaining clear boundaries. Build a sense of community for program youth, and help other youth to create meaningful lives in the community. Lead open discussions and workshops on various subjects related to active listening, conflict resolution, and civil discourse. Arrive at school locations before class start time and prepare class materials before student arrival. Minimum Qualifications of the

Facilitator:

A High School Diploma or equivalent. Shall be a mature individual who has successfully graduated from the SBLS program or has successfully participated in other Valley Youth House programing in York County. A valid driver's license, a motor vehicle report that meets agency requirements and reliable transportation that can safely transport clients if needed. Ability to work a hybrid schedule that includes evenings. Ability to complete the pre-employment physical and drug test requirements. Physical Requirements of the
