This position reports to the Senior Director of Global Technical Operations and Quality (GTOQ) within Service Engineering Operations (SEO). The FCSD Specialist supports the Senior Director with operational logistics, corporate compliance coordination, and department-specific special projects. What you'll do... Operational & Strategic Support Coordinate and consolidate weekly inputs for the CEO email and SEO highlights. Organize and build the monthly Global SEO SAR agendas, including gathering and scheduling topics from various stakeholders. Maintain and update the SEO Director's Organizational Change Management (OCM) calendar. Administrative Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for the Senior Director of GTOQ, managing calendar scheduling, timekeeping, pre-trip travel authorizations, and travel arrangements to ensure departmental efficiency. Coordinate and support departmental employee recognition programs. Financial & Purchasing Support Act as the SEO single point of contact for ordering, processing, and reconciling the SEO FAB card, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Activity Quality Coordination (AQC) Serve as the Activity Quality Coordinator for GTOQ, which includes: Maintaining and updating department organizational charts and distribution lists. Creating and updating formal Roles and Responsibilities documentation. Managing the Departmental Record Inventory Matrix (DRIM) and coordinating the Annual File Review (AFR) process. Culture & Innovation Support Provide administrative and logistical support for SEO Innovation and People Culture initiatives (e.g., problem-solving workshops, culture events, and process improvements). Manage event logistics, including tracking attendance, administering surveys, sending "Welcome" communications to participants, and assisting with related tasks as assigned. You'll have... Associate's degree 2+ years of experience in an operational support, or project coordinator role, preferably within a corporate or technical environment. 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint). 2+ years of experience with executive calendar management, expense reporting, travel coordination, and meeting logistics. Even better, you may have... Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear emails, synthesize inputs for executive-level updates, and interface with stakeholders at all levels. High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive, confidential, or proprietary department information. Experience organizing logistics, tracking attendance, and managing communications for workshops, team events, or training sessions. This position is a salary grade 5 and ranges from $65,100-$109,300. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
