4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a highly visible, executive-level program within a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex initiatives while engaging effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who can quickly absorb information, drive program execution, and guide project managers to successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation through execution and completion. Provide direction, coaching, and oversight to project managers and program team members. Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and leadership teams. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, schedules, risks, dependencies, and status reporting. Drive program governance, issue resolution, and decision-making processes. Facilitate executive presentations, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications. Ensure alignment between business objectives, project deliverables, and strategic priorities. Monitor program performance and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Collaborate with business, technology, and operational teams to achieve program goals. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience in large enterprise environments. PMP, PMI-ACP, Project Management Certification, or equivalent preferred. Strong experience leading multiple concurrent projects and programs. Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. Highly analytical with the ability to quickly absorb and synthesize complex information. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Experience with:
Jira Microsoft Project (MS Project) Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with Charter Communications or within the Telecommunications industry . Experience managing enterprise transformation, technology, or operational programs. Agile and Hybrid project delivery experience.
