At Movember we're on a mission to change the face of men's health by making it easier for men to talk, act and live longer healthier lives. Your mission is calling. DO GOOD - Work for Movember. Your Mo-Mission (should you choose to accept it): Bring Men in Mind to life in California! You'll take this evidence-based practitioner training program from localisation through pilot to scale, owning delivery on the ground while working closely with global teams across Australia, the US and beyond. This is a hands-on role where you'll balance autonomy with collaboration, making decisions, keeping momentum, and building the foundations for national growth. Lead the end-to-end rollout of Men in Mind in California across adaptation, pilot and scale phases Localise content for the US mental health context, including coordinating accreditation (APA, NBCC) Design and deliver a pilot with up to 200 clinicians, including recruitment, onboarding and engagement Run workshops, webinars and feedback sessions to drive participation and completion Build and manage partnerships across health systems, government, professional bodies and universities Track program performance (enrolment, completion, feedback) and continuously improve delivery Contribute to strategy and expansion planning for broader US rollout Work independently while collaborating with a distributed global team, knowing when to lead and when to loop others in No Mustache Required - but the following are: Minimum 5+ years' experience in program or project management within mental health settings Proven experience delivering end-to-end programs or initiatives, from planning through to execution and evaluation Experience working with external health sector stakeholders such as government, health systems, universities or professional bodies Demonstrated ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-moving environment without constant oversight Experience working across geographically dispersed or cross-functional teams Strong understanding of health systems (US experience helpful but not essential) Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously Experience with practitioner or workforce training programs, or similar education-based initiatives Clear, confident communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and represent programs externally Not Mission Critical - but for bonus points: Familiarity with US continuing education or accreditation processes (e.g.
APA, NBCC
) Experience working within or alongside government on health or workforce initiatives Background in the not-for-profit or purpose-driven sector Experience contributing to evaluation frameworks, data collection or impact reporting Existing networks within California's health or professional community Experience presenting to senior leadership or contributing to strategy proposalsGOOD CAUSE
