To be considered for this internship program, we are seeking individuals who are passionate about building a career in sales. Successful candidates bring the following qualities and experiences: Open to all majors, with a preference for candidates pursuing degrees in Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields, who are interested in a career in financial services. Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding others in both formal and informal contexts. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge and maintain professional relationships within a diverse network. The ability to work well independently and collaboratively as part of a team . Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts swiftly, adapt seamlessly to evolving environments, and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
