+ Open to all majors, with a preference for candidates pursuing degrees in Business, Finance, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields, who are interested in a career in financial services.

+ Demonstrated leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and guiding others in both formal and informal contexts.

+ Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge and maintain professional relationships within a diverse network.

+ The ability to work well independently and collaboratively as part of a team .

+ Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts swiftly, adapt seamlessly to evolving environments, and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.

+ A proactive approach to achieving goals and effectively managing multiple tasks.
