Location Description Post Consumer Brands corporate headquarters in Lakeville, Minnesota, is about 20 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Lakeville has all the benefits of smaller town living with access to everything a large metropolitan area has to offer. Responsibilities Private Label Cereal Commercialization Manager Location:

Qualifications:
What We're Looking For We are seeking a leader who can successfully balance strategic thinking with operational execution while inspiring teams and driving results through influence. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Food Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 7-10 years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), commercialization, project management, product change management, operations, supply chain, customer management, or a related business function. Minimum of 3 years of people management experience. Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects from initiation through execution. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability without direct authority. Ability to navigate ambiguity, change, and competing priorities with a positive, solution-oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification preferred. Experience working with private label products and customer commercialization processes. Knowledge of food manufacturing, supply chain operations, and product lifecycle management. Experience leading continuous improvement or process optimization initiatives.
