Opportunity:

As a Changeover Technician, you will coordinate and document equipment changeovers on assigned production lines. You will record changeover results, verify equipment readiness, and help ensure production transitions are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company procedures.

What You'll Be Doing:

Responsible for carrying out line sanitation in accordance with established quality and safety procedures and policies. Attends pre-clean meetings with changeover specialist and line lead. Performs disassembly and limited reassembly of equipment and components. Communicates status of assignment with changeover specialist. Reports and takes direction from changeover specialist. Completes all applicable documentation (set-up forms and swab forms) during cleans. Assumes responsibility of changeover specialist in his/her absence with authority from maintenance supervisor. What makes you a great fit: High School diploma or equivalent A working knowledge of good manufacturing practices, production equipment, policies and procedures, safety, and quality control standards preferred Food industry experience preferred Manufacturing and/or Maintenance experience required.
