We are seeking a dedicated, caring Nutrition Program Specialist professional who provides support in various areas of the Nutrition Program including consumer records, billing, and reporting. What you'll do: Analyzes procedures and recommends suggestions to reduce paperwork and/or improve process flow; implement after approved Analyzing service deliveries and other data elements Independently prepare various reports to ensure program compliance Maintaining organized, accurate meal counts, order sheets, and kitchen reports Providing office coverage for Nutrition Supervisors Taking the lead role as daily contact with the Nutrition caterer(s) Updating SAMS and other systems as required Other duties as assigned What you'll bring: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft 365 and related software Ability to travel and reliable means of transportation Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving Bachelor's degree in business related field preferred 2 years' experience in a relevant business environment Excellent written and verbal skills. Excellent computer skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Bilingual a plus; Haitian Creole or Cape Verde Creole is preferred What you'll get: The ability to work with an enthusiastic team of like-minded individuals.
