As a Placement Representative , you'll play a vital role in making those connections happen. You'll serve as the bridge between school districts and talented international educators—building lasting partnerships, matching schools with high-quality teachers, and supporting educators as they transition into their new communities. From recruitment through placement and ongoing support, you'll ensure schools receive exceptional service while helping teachers succeed both professionally and personally. What You'll DoBuild Strong School Partnerships Cultivate and maintain relationships with school districts throughout your assigned region. Partner with district leaders to identify staffing needs and secure placements for international teachers. Serve as the primary point of contact for school partners, providing exceptional customer service and timely solutions. Visit districts and schools to strengthen partnerships, promote EPI's programs, and ensure continued satisfaction. Represent EPI at regional and national conferences and networking events. Support International Teachers Guide teachers through the placement process from interview to contract. Coordinate district onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition. Manage an assigned caseload of exchange teachers, providing ongoing guidance throughout their program. Promote Teacher Success Collaborate with school leaders to monitor teacher performance and identify professional development opportunities. Address concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment. Ensure compliance with program guidelines and audit teacher assignments as needed. Partner with internal teams to continuously improve the teacher experience and program outcomes. Deliver Excellence Schedule and host district interviews and manage candidate placement data. Facilitate virtual meetings and presentations for audiences ranging from 50-200 participants. Balance multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, organization, and exceptional customer service. Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to organizational excellence. What You BringRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree Valid state driver's license U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (22 CFR 62.2) Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening Willingness to travel approximately 25%, including summer orientation events and regional school visits Skills & Experience We're looking for someone who is: An outstanding communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills Passionate about customer service and relationship management Comfortable presenting to both small and large audiences Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities A proactive problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Adaptable and able to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Technically proficient, including advanced computer skills and experience using Apple products Committed to continuous learning and process improvement Ethical, dependable, and professional in every interaction Appreciative of diverse cultures and excited to work with people from around the world Customer service, account management, recruiting, admissions, sales, education, or relationship management experience is preferred but not required.
