This role involves performing a variety of carpentry and labor tasks on commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, framing, trim carpentry, and site preparation, with the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers opportunities for skill development across multiple facets of construction and restoration industries. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install various building components using hand tools and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute project specifications Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, window installation, siding, and cabinetry work Assist with concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, roofing, and metal stud framing as needed Handle heavy lifting and material transportation around the job site safely Assist with demolition, site cleanup, and preparation for new construction or renovation projects Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a secure working environment Requirements Proven experience in construction or related fields such as remodeling or restoration industry experience Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately Knowledge of various construction disciplines including framing, roofing, drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical experience, plumbing, and HVAC systems is preferred Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as required Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Prior construction site experience is highly desirable Valid driver's license preferred for transportation between job sites Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse weather conditions This position is open to anyone with some carpentry experience and is open to learning more. Someone who is dependable and doesn't have a problem with hard work.
