•Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field (health care administration, business, law or related field) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Comprehensive understanding of health service administration, professional relationship development, and data management and analysis skills. Must have excellent communication skills, for oral and written communication. Must be able to quickly assess and analysis strategic business affairs to act in the best interest of OMI/HFS. Ability to work well with a team. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with special emphasis on Excel is critical. Comprehensive understanding of Illinois Medicaid delivery system and HFS Managed Care Organizations. Appointment Information This is a 100% full-time Civil Service 5002 - Program Coordinator position, appointed on a 12-month basis. The expected start date is as soon as possible. The budgeted salary range for the position is $70,000 to $80,000. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity. System Office jobs such as this one are not eligible for the Referral Program.
