Position Purpose The Precollege Programs Manager plays a central role in bringing Dartmouth's mission to life for the next generation of scholars. By ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of Dartmouth's on-campus and online Precollege programs, this role creates the conditions for high school students to thrive academically and personally in a collegiate environment. The Program Manager serves as a critical link between students and families, instructors, and the broader Dartmouth community

- Compiles and distributes weekly enrollment and sales data to program leadership.
- Coordinates the full instructor hiring process once course minimums are met, including offer letters, background checks, and Code of Conduct completion.
- Designs and maintains a comprehensive knowledge base documenting all program functions, serving as a central resource for staff and faculty continuity.
- Demonstrates professionalism and collegiality through actions, interactions, and communications with others appropriate to an environment that is welcoming to all.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
