Description Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and forward-thinking Program Associate to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will support the setup, coordination, and ongoing management of programs for one or more of Convergint's global/enterprise accounts. You will assist in organizing activities, maintaining operational consistency, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Your contributions will help ensure customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and program success. What You'll Do With "Our Training and Your Experience" Act as a point of coordination for operational activities, ensuring proactive communication with all stakeholders.
Support customer focused programs by maintaining program standards, documentation, and processes.
Build relationships with internal teams and customers to better understand their goals and requirements.
Assist in deploying standard processes and tools to ensure consistency and alignment across multiple locations.
Maintain and update program playbooks to document workflows and customer-specific requirements.
Ensure compliance with customer standards, industry regulations, and company best practices.
Coordinate the logistics of customer engagements, ensuring smooth delivery of Convergint services.
Monitor program metrics and compile reports for internal and customer-facing reviews.
Assist in resolving operational challenges and escalating issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance service delivery.
Support the introduction of new services or geographic capabilities to meet customer needs. What You'll Need Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Basic understanding of program/project management principles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various levels of an organization.
Ability to compile, analyze, and report data effectively.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Fundamental financial awareness related to program budgets and costs.
Problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities. Preferred Experience Experience with Smartsheet or other workflow management tools.
Familiarity with network and low-voltage building systems.
Professional experience in industries such as electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, or building automation is preferred. PA, NJ, NY, CT, VT, RI, MA, or ME Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.Minimum Experience:
