Job Description

Job Overview Our nonprofit is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and relational Part-Time Program Coordinator to help carry out our mission of supporting foster, kinship, and adoptive families. This position combines program coordination and administration, volunteer oversight, fundraising and development, and hands-on support. The ideal candidate takes ownership, follows through, communicates well, and can independently manage multiple responsibilities and be adaptable to changing priorities as needs arise, while working closely with organizational leadership.
POSITION DETAILS
Initial Position Term:
Six months, with the goal of continuation dependent upon available organizational funding
Schedule and Availability:
Flexible, with a consistent planned weekly schedule, hybrid working environment
Time Tracking:
Employee will maintain an accurate weekly time log
Reports To:
Executive Leadership
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of assigned programs Recruit, coordinate, and manage volunteers for assigned programs Provide administrative, logistical, and hands-on program support Assist with identifying and pursing funding opportunities, including grants, and sponsorships
QUALIFICATIONS

$15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
