The ideal candidate will coordinate schedules, communicate with participants and internal teams, maintain program records, and help ensure projects and activities are completed efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the day-to-day activities of assigned programs and projects. Schedule meetings, training sessions, events, and program activities. Communicate with employees, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate program records, reports, databases, and documentation. Track program timelines, deadlines, deliverables, and action items. Assist with preparing presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other documents. Monitor program budgets, invoices, and expenses when required. Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, events, and other program activities. Follow up with team members to ensure assigned tasks are completed on schedule. Identify administrative or operational issues and escalate them to the appropriate manager. Assist with onboarding and coordinating participants, employees, or program members. Collect and organize program data and assist with preparing performance reports. Support the Program Manager with special projects and administrative tasks. Ensure program activities follow company policies and established procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in administration, coordination, project support, customer service, or a related role. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
