EXS/5 The hiring range for this position will be between $58,000 - $62,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

As a staff member on the Alumni Relations Analytics team, the Program Coordinator is responsible for providing critical operational support to the Alumni Relations and Operations teams. Responsibilities include supporting aspects of events, managing data reporting needs and entry into the data system, writing and proofreading support, processing checks received and creating the daily gift log, help with scheduling team meetings and logistics, and supporting the creation of new accounts for new gifts.
Please note:
This is a hybrid work environment, with required days in the office each week. Hours in the office can vary depending on the needs of the department.
Specific Responsibilities :
Administration Manages the day to day data reporting needs; compiles and enters data into databases and systems. Coordinates team meetings including the schedule and logistics. Processes checks and prepares daily gift log. Processes new account creation for new gifts received. Communication, Outreach & Recruitment Understands and uses coordinated, consistent marketing and brand messages in all communications.
