Responsibilities:

Serve as the singular source (source of record) for all workstreams and timelines for new/remodeled Stores, and Pop Ups/Activations. Align with key stakeholders to acquire and disseminate critical tasks and requirements to keep Brand workstreams on track. Implement Airtable or similar platform, to build a definitive tool that clearly identifies key gates/dates and workstreams for all projects. Regularly publish tracking documents with the right content and details to be easily digestible for leadership and other key stakeholders

Qualifications:

Extensive experience serving as a project manager for brick & mortar retail projects - national brands preferred. High attention to detail to drive comprehensive understanding & completion of all retail projects. Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to understand and convey opportunities and challenges to stakeholders. Experience utilizing Project Management Platforms or tools, including Airtable, Excel, etc. PMP certification preferred.
