Job Description

As a Sr. Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for matrix managing several critical program functions and ensuring the successful execution of the of programs and/or other high visibility Space program(s). Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for Honeywell's Aerospace initiatives. You will report directly to our Senior Director and you'll work out of our Clearwater, Florida location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring strategic alignment, program efficiency, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, team leadership, mentoring and development, compliance, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and organizational growth.
