Full Job Description Program Manager:

On behalf of our Gaming client, Procom is searching for a Program Manager for a 5 to 7 month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client's Renton office. Program Manager

• Job Description:

  The project involves leading the end-to-end implementation of the WebCenter platform across the organization. This role requires managing cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and integration of the platform into existing systems and processes. Program Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of the WebCenter platform Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, creative, marketing, and vendors Drive governance meetings and status updates Run Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily standups Oversee relationships with SaaS providers and external partners Manage organizational change and risk mitigation strategies Facilitate alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders Program Manager•

Mandatory Skills:

7+ years of Program Management experience Experience leading enterprise technology implementations Strong background managing cross-functional initiatives Experience with external vendors, implementation partners, or SaaS providers Agile project delivery expertise, including Jira and Sprint planning Strong project governance and risk management capabilities Executive-level communication and presentation skills Program Manager

• Nice-to-Have Skills:

  Experience with Esko WebCenter Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms Experience in gaming, media, or publishing industries Knowledge of creative production workflows Experience with Smartsheet Program Manager

• Assignment Length:
