Loyal Source Government Services About the Role Loyal Source is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support high‑visibility security installation projects for SpaceX in Brownsville, Texas. This hybrid role requires a strong leader who can oversee multiple project managers, maintain customer relationships, and ensure successful delivery of complex security‑related programs. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate multiple security‑related projects within the program, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and quality expectations. Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to a team of Project Managers. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, maintaining strong, professional relationships with SpaceX stakeholders. Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Prepare and deliver presentations, briefings, and status updates to managers, clients, and cross‑functional teams. Ensure consistent use of project management tools, documentation standards, and reporting practices across all projects. Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of security installations. Travel to the Brownsville, TX job site as required to support program needs. Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Program Manager overseeing security‑related projects . Must have a background overseeing projects from initial construction phase Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple Project Managers simultaneously. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project , Smartsheet , or similar tools. Strong customer‑relationship management skills, with experience handling key accounts. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Willingness and ability to travel to the Brownsville job site as needed. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all security-related projects, including fire systems where applicable. Lead, mentor, and support a team of 8 Project Managers, ensuring alignment with program goals and client expectations. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and deliverables using project management software. Ensure compliance with industry standards, client requirements, and safety regulations. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum. Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior leadership and the client. Travel as needed (up to once per month) for site visits and client meetings.
Qualifications Required:
PMP Certification. Proven experience as a Program Manager overseeing security-related projects (fire systems experience preferred). Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple Project Managers. Must be local to Bentonville, AR Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
Preferred:
Experience with Bosch and Edwards systems. Background in security and fire protection systems within retail or distribution environments.
