Job Title:

Program Manager Job Description We are looking for a dedicated Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management techniques, excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, as well as competence in the MS Office Suite. This role requires a U.S. Person as per ITAR regulations, who is eager to contribute to the companys goals and objectives, and work collaboratively with others. Responsibilities Support teams to ensure projects are completed on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency. Ensure objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters. Prepare slides and run required meetings. Assist with budgeting and scheduling. Address questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project for early resolution. Coordinate cross-project activities with customers. Assist in preparation of periodic management reports. Perform other related duties as assigned. Essential Skills Strong understanding of project management techniques. Competence in MS Office Suite. Ability to learn additional programs as needed. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills. U.S. Person as per ITAR regulations. Additional Skills & Qualifications BS degree in engineering or business. Minimum of 3+ years of experience utilizing MS Office and MS Project. Exposure to FARR (Federal Acquisition Regulation requirements) for at least 6 months. PMP certification. Experience in program management and project management. Work Environment Join a growing company that maintains the close-knit feel of a smaller organization. You will work with a team of 2 Project Managers currently managing 5 projects, with the opportunity to take over 1 project initially valued at 2-3 million, which will grow as you are trained. The work environment encourages collaboration and continuous learning. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burnsville, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
