• Define and manage program scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams
• Translate regulatory requirements into structuredpliance plans and actionable deliverables
• Collaborate with Legal and Product teams to implementpliance strategies effectively
• Create and maintain project plans, dashboards, trackers, and status reports
• Drive stakeholder alignment through regularmunication, updates, and decision-making support
• Develop and execute change management plans, including impact assessment and rollout execution
• Handle high-priority situations (fire drills) and ensure timely resolution and escalation management
• Monitor program performance, optimize processes, and ensure proper governance and reporting Candidates for Program Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in program management or similar roles handling cross-functional initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management skills, especially with senior/executive-level stakeholders (Legal, Product, Global teams)
• Excellentmunication skills with ability to present clearly, concisely, and confidently at executive level
• Proven ability to work in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments with minimal guidance
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to break downplex regulatory or business problems
• Hands-on experience with change management, including planning and executing rollouts
• Ability to build relationships quickly and influence decision-making across teams

Pay Details:
