This role ensures programs are well organized, youth and families are engaged, volunteers and staff are coordinated, and accurate program data is maintained and reported. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and coordinate youth bicycle training programs, the Bike Lab, community rides, training rides, and outreach activities. Coordinate staff, volunteers, locations, supplies, equipment, and tools needed for successful program delivery. Develop and carry out outreach strategies to recruit, enroll, and retain youth; build relationships with schools, youth-serving organizations, community partners, participants, and families. Manage program inquiries, registrations, participant information, applicable fees, and timely communications with youth and families. Support YEET administration, including apprentice supervision, biweekly timesheets, payroll-related information, and required reporting. Recruit, screen, schedule, support, and recognize volunteers working with youth programs. Supervise the Outreach Team and other staff, volunteers, and mentors assigned to program and outreach activities; assist with onboarding and training as needed. Maintain accurate participant demographic, enrollment, attendance, completion, and outcome data in the client management system. Prepare program data, analyses, and reports for leadership, evaluation, grant applications, and funder reporting. Support organizational events, presentations, leadership meetings, and relationships within the broader cycling community. Promote an inclusive, welcoming environment for youth, families, volunteers, and community partners.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant experience in program/project management, youth development, or a related field. Experience working with, mentoring, recruiting, or supervising youth. Experience coordinating staff or volunteers and managing multiple schedules and priorities. Strong organizational, communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills. Comfort with data entry, tracking, and reporting; experience with a client management system is helpful. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Drive. Basic bicycle mechanics knowledge is preferred, but not required. Bicycle/Group Rides are incorporated into the programs and events. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to bend, stand, move throughout the workspace, and remain on your feet for extended periods. Work takes place in warehouse, classroom, and off-site community settings. Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and other non-traditional workdays. Ability to participate in Bicycle/Group Rides, as needed
