Team:
C&P Product Ops Overview Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead highly visible, cross-functional initiatives supporting new product offerings and strategic business programs. This role partners with senior leadership and organizations across Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, GTM, Pricing, Brand, Customer Experience, and Business Strategy to drive alignment, improve operational processes, and successfully deliver complex programs from planning through release. Responsibilities Lead complex cross-functional programs supporting new product launches and strategic initiatives Partner with senior leadership to develop strategic roadmaps and translate business goals into executable project plans Build and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies Coordinate work across Product Marketing, Campaign Marketing, Engagement Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Experience, Pricing, Brand, GTM, Business Strategy, and Release Management teams Identify critical path dependencies and proactively resolve project risks, scheduling conflicts, and stakeholder alignment issues Drive portfolio management processes that improve visibility, consistency, execution, and operational efficiency Lead release management activities to ensure successful product deployments Evaluate existing processes and implement scalable best practices for program execution Consolidate program updates, executive communications, dashboards, and status reporting Translate business requirements into technical requirements while partnering with both technical and non-technical teams Required Qualifications 6 to 8+ years of program management experience within software, SaaS, or related technology environments Proven success leading complex cross-functional programs in highly matrixed organizations Experience partnering with both business and technical teams Strong understanding of software development lifecycle using Agile and Waterfall methodologies Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills Strong business acumen with the ability to align projects to Go-to-Market objectives Experience with project planning, dependency management, risk management, and process improvement Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, Point, and Microsoft Office Bachelor's degree required MBA strongly preferred
Compensation Pay Rate:
$89.44 per hour
